Hi I have Simonton windows and I need a new pivot shoe. Not sure what the part # is .

Your Simonton window shoe can be replaced with the 15-199 Pivot Shoe. This shoe is compatible with either the 1/2" wide Series 160 Coil Balance or the 3/8" wide Series 165 Coil Balance. To confirm which series you need to complete your assembly, you'll need to confirm the width of your coil.

Once you've confirmed the width, you'll need to look for any stamps/markings that will indicate the spring number needed for your assembly; this correlates to the weight it can hold. If there aren't any stamps/markings, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the sash and divide that by the total number of coils in the window.

You may also need the 26-378 Pivot Bar.
