Pivot show for Simonton window

Question

HI I am looking for the Simonton pivot shoe. There does not seem to be a metal shoe which is in all the other pivot show on your website. This window is around 20 years old. Do you have a suggestion?
I also added a photo of the spring assembly. Do I need to replace it as well when replacing the Pivot shoe?

Hello,

Take a look and compare the dimensions of our 15-199 pivot shoe, which uses the S160 coil springs and 26-378 pivot bar, to your original hardware.

The metal can is broken and most likely fell out of your original pivot shoe. Also, you only need to replace the coil springs if they are also broken or not functional. Thank you!
