No markings, only the 5x5 in the picture. some say 7x7. Help.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the Series 140 balance assembly. For the 7+7 balance, see the S140-14. A pair of these assemblies (sold individually) will support a sash weighing 27-28.99 pounds.

For the 6+5 balance, see the S140-11. A pair of these assemblies (sold individually) will support a sash weighing 21-22.99 pounds.
