I would really appreciate your help and supreme knowledge in helping me get the correct parts so that I can fix my window. I am hopeful that I can really do this! LOL
I have included 5 pictures to help. After many hours of looking at the part(s) and with the help of your awesome website, I think I need:
Product code S795-26: Series S795 Channel Balance, 26 inches long. It states that it comes with: top screw clip and bottom 15-195 T-lock balance shoe (closed cam).
Thanks for your patience during this busy season. These parts you picked out look good, though with a few caveats.
To start, your balance has a hook at the top, not a screw tab like our Series 795. This may necessitate a custom order. Before we pursue that, can you show me a photo of the hole in the frame where it installs?
Additionally, I see that your shoe has a black brake pad. That may not seem like a big deal but that does mean the default 15-195 shoe may not work. You would instead need our 15-229. But I want to address the hook first before we pursue that.
Lastly, just in case, how many more did we need?
I'm confident that we can help you repair your window, we just need to clear up these last few details. And thank you again for your patience, this summer has been extremely busy.

I completely understand that y'all are so busy and I really want to say thank you so much for helping me. I will try to answer your questions.
1. I have 1 window that is completely broken. I definetely need parts for the left and right side of that 1 window. Then if all goes well with fixing that window, I will order more. I do have some more windows that are hard to open and I'm thinking those are going to break soon too.
2. I am attaching pictures of where the hook goes in. I hope this will help answer your question.

I also recommend the 15-229 shoe, as discussed above. However please note that we can't attach this to the custom assembly for you due to limitations in our shop. You will need to buy this shoe separately, so don't forget to add that to your cat before you check out. Should pop on easily.
