It's tough to tell what you have from these photos. Those side-mount holes in your last photo are throwing me off. We don't have anything with that specific 3-hole pattern. I also can't see what the bottom most hole pattern is. You could start by looking at our 79-098 , 79-122 , or 79-126 , but it doesn't appear any of these are exactly the same, even if they're our best options. I'm sorry that we cannot offer anything closer.
