Ply Gem block and tackle balance replacement

Hello,
I need help in indentifying the series number of this part in order to replace. Code # C34 is stamped onto the back of the metal channel. There is also stamped an RC BSIN (or B5IN). Metal to metal measurement is 34 inches and channel width is a hair over 1/2 inch. The plastic attachment hooks on the block/tackle and the foot to which the inner spring attaches to have broken off on both. The metal hook at the end of the block/tackle line inserts into a hole in the side sash.

Hi Ed,

This window balance is the S795-34 Channel Balance, with a 34C stamp. Yours have the 15-198 Balance Clip Attachment, so the replacements will need to be custom assemblies.

To confirm pricing and availability, I'll just need to know the number of balances you'd like to purchase. The quantity minimum is (2) balances.

These balances will come with the 15-195 1-1/4" shoe on them but what you have is the 15-194 1" shoe. This is sold separately from the balance, so you'll need to add them to the cart along with the assemblies. Take a look at the video tutorials below for an idea on how to swap them out.
