This is the window shoe lock for the balances. I need 40 as they all broke! Can you believe that? 40/66 are broken. I can send a pic if that help. Plastic is green and the base is 1 inch wide

Sorry, It is ply gem 2000 series window and I need 45 shoes for the balance and 5 left and 5 right clips that you open to tilt the window

Thanks for posting. Before we can start making recommendations on replacement hardware, we need some additional information. First, we need to see the metal balance the T-lock shoe was attached to. We'd also need to know the length and the width of the housing of your tilt latch as well as a photo of the bottom of the latch.

The balance is 24 inches long and says 20 4B on it. The channel that the shoe sits in is 9/16 deep and 1 1/8 or maybe 9/16 wide.

Perfect, thank you! We can replace this balance, though it will have to be specially made. I'm confident our Series 795 will work, along with the 15-194 shoe and 15-198 hook specially attached to it. I will email you a special order link for 40 of these right now, though if you'd like to change that quantity let me know here and I'll be happy to do so.
