Ply-Gen Window balance replacement

Looking to replace two window balances on discontinued PLY-Gen vinyl windows. The one inscription on the part says 34C. Hope this helps. Please lmk,

This appears to be a Series 795 Channel Balance, possibly with the 15-195B Open Shoe attached. See this blog article for more details on this balance Series. Let me know if you have further questions.
