Possible 28" Series 395 Channel Balance (Product Code: S395-28; Option: 2740)

I believe this is a "28" Series 395 Channel Balance (Product Code: S395-28; Option: 2740)" per the attached images. I only pulled one side (the broken one), but am planning on replacing both (and then have a well used spare). This balance appeared to have lost the window frame clip as I couldn't find it (and haven't pulled out the other side for comparison). I probably also need a pair of take out clips. Please confirm that I have identified the broken balance correctly so that I can place an order for a replacement pair. Thank you,
