Possibly an older sears replacement DH window

Great, thank you! It looks like you have a Simonton brand window. With that in mind, I recommend the 15-259 and Series 159 coil springs. You'll also need the 26-083 pivot bar. The video tutorial will go over the details.

We don't have an exact match for your old Simonton coil balance setup but the 15-259 pivot shoe we recommended can replace it as shown in the video below. For new coil supports, see the 15-255 or 15-256 depending on the number of springs used per side. 

To determine the proper spring weights, you must divide the sash weight by the total number of springs in the window.
