Tom from SWISCO responded:

Looks like you need a pivot bar and pivot shoe. The pivot bar appears to be a match for our 26-040, but I'm less sure about the pivot shoe. Can you tell me its width and thickness? That will help me find something that fits in the track the same way.

A landlord from Queens says:
it measures about 2 inches tall, 1 1/4 wide, and about 1/2 deep

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Thanks! Based on those dimensions, you should consider our 15-046 pivot shoe. Just note that if your shoe isn't 1/2" thick, this won't work. You may want to triple check to be sure.

A landlord from Queens says:
took shoe out and measured closely

Thanks! That looks to be a smidge larger than 1/2", more like 17/32". You may want to consider our 15-015 instead.
