Thanks for the additional photos. Your exact operator is no longer made but our 39-036 Truth Hardware Entrygard Dyad Window Operator will work as a suitable replacement; the opposite handed version is the 39-035.
Your stud bracket is slightly different in shape but I believe the 39-561 Truth Clip-Stud Bracket should work for your repairs. The 39-035 would use the 39-560.
Carefully look over the dimensions and compare them. Be sure to take a look at the covers and handles tagged below.
