I have Semco windows. The operators (crank machinery) is stripped. I believe the Truth Entry Gurad Dyad (39-035 and 39-036) would work. I need both a left opening and right opening.

Do the replacements come with covers and crank handles? What color options are there?

I'm afraid that the 39-035 and 39-036 operators do not come with covers and handles. We sell these separately: see our 39-107 and 39-114L, respectively.

I'm still not sure if this is the correct operator. 5he 39-035/036 seem like that don't have the second, shorter lever that connects to the the hinge side of the window?
Would the 39-031 EntryGard dual arm be a more correct replacement?

This is definitely not the 39-035 and 39-036. Your old operator is a dual-arm operator, meaning it has both a split-arm and a long arm. Our 39-031 is a great pick, but you should check all the dimensions to ensure that they all line up.
