REUTEN casement mechanism parts

Question

Please help me select the best replacement mechanism for our older, 1978? Reuten casement windows.  I will need all parts for both a Rt & Lt cranks upgrade, 1 ea.  Reason for replacement:  loose/sloppy crank function.  OR, is there a simple adjustment I can try to improve the existing sets?  What color are these?.

Hello! Your operators are an older style but we can absolutely supply replacements. See our 39-013 and 39-014 to start out. I think these are what you want but you should check our dimensions just to be 100% sure, especially the arm length. We also sell the 39-114L handle if you are unable to reuse your original.

As for adjustment, I don't think there's any you can make to your operators. Based on your description of the issue it sounds like your gears are stripped out, so replacement is your best bet.
