RH 45136 Truth Crank

A home owner from Wichita Ks says:
I'm looking to replace this crank. On the bottom side it says RH 45136 Truth. It is an off/white, beige or light tan. Based on what I've found it looks like a left had mechanism but confused why the RH on the underside.

Please see our 39-315 operator. I think this will work for you but let me know what you think! We also carry the 39-316 for the opposite side.
