Hello,

I ordered several window balancers (back in 2018??) and I am in need of several more. These needed to be custom orders. I'm wondering what steps I would need to do to order again. Here's the description from before.

Series 795 Channel Balance with 15-198 hook, Non-Refundable

I need the same thing. You probably have my order on file from before.

Hello,

I see that you ordered the S795-26 (26B) balances with the 15-198 hook attached. We'd be happy to send you a new order link for these balances but we'll just need to confirm the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two. Thank you.

Let's do 4. My biggest concern is that they are the same as the old ones. So long as they are, I'm ready to order.
