Hi Dan,
Thanks for writing in! Your coil balance shoe is an exact match with our 15-199 Pivot Shoe. Since your coil support appears to be the 15-205 3/8" Egress Coil Triple Support, you'll likely need the 3/8" thick Series 165 Coil Balance to complete your assembly.
You'll need to look for any stamps/markings on the metal to determine the exact coils you need. If there aren't any stamps, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash and divide that by the total number of coils in the window; in your case six coils.
