Replace Crank

A quick learner from Ambler PA says:
I have a lot of crank windows that are no longer working and the entire mechanism needs to be replaced. I ordered a 39-035 and 39-036 to test in one area. Everything fits except the bracket that connects to the window. The new ones are two inches shorter and will not fully close the window.

Is there another part number with a longer arm or is there an extension that can be purchased

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:

The operator you are showing us is actually an older version of the 39-382. That said, compare the measurements of your operator with the 39-382 to see if this is the operator for you.
