also I have a window that is broken on the inside, not sure if this is repairable?

The closest we carry to your original lock is the 90-252 latch mechanism, 90-253 cover and 90-255 face mount strike. Please review the overall dimensions to see how it matches up to your original for a good fit!
It appears that your window has a broken pivot bar that engages with the pivot shoe in the window channel. To further review, we would need to see an undamaged version removed if possible to confirm the overall style. I have related a video on the page for assistance in removal of the window sash to access this bar.
