It looks like a triple hole pattern at the top, but I'm not sure about the hole pattern at the bottom. Start by looking at our 79-125 (left) and 79-126 (right), as well as 79-127 (left) and 79-128 (right)

Carefully compare our measurements and dimensions and let us know what you think.
