I am Looking for a replacement operator (Truth).
I Believe the crank handle is the 11/32"
I would also like a part number for both hands of windows please

Hello!

Our 39-315 and 39-316 operators come to mind. They look like an older version of what you have here. Take a look at the dimensions and see how they compare with your old assembly.

Thanks for a quick response. Do the new operators come with a new mounting foot as show in the pictures?

No, I'm afraid they don't. For new brackets, see the 39-545 and 39-546 which are sold separately.
