Replacement Parts

Question

I have checked numerous windows in my house and I have come to the conclusion that I need the following parts to replace my broken ones

26-243 Left Latch (x7)
26-244 Right Latch (x7)
26-360 Pivot Bar (x4)
15-194 Balance Shoe (x24)
S795-34C Window Balance (x2) but I am going to need the 15-194 balance shoe on both of those. Also my balances are held by a clip not a screw, so is it possible to put a clip on the balance as well S795-34.

We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order to have the 15-194 t-lock shoe and 15-198 clip attached. We just sent over an order link and price quote for the balances you've requested.

I do see that the 2311 stamped on your broken pivot bar is commonly associated with the 26-360 but make sure to compare the dimensions shown on our product page to an undamaged pivot bar to confirm.

I also agree that the 26-243 and 26-244 may work for you but you will need to confirm that the dimensions of these parts match up to yours as well. Thank you!
