Replacement Pivot shoe for BetterBilt window

Question

I am trying to replace the damaged parts of some BetterBuilt windows, I am needing the part # for the pivot guides to work with the parts I have already have from your company. I have the S600-25 Spiral Balance, and the 26-040 pivot bar. The window has a 1/2" thick sash depth and i need the pivot shoe to match these parts. I have attached a photo of the existing part. Your tilt shoe looks like our 15-046 Pivot Shoe; take a look at that and see if it matches up to your sample.

Also take note that the spiral end does not go in the middle slot. I would suggest that you either put it into the left or the right slot, whichever one is more comfortable to use when you reinstall the spiral.
