Hello- please see the attached photos and let me know if you can find the correct replacement shoe. I can't get it out as there doesn't seem to be a place to do so. Also don't know if I need the coil or not but I think I do. Please let me know if you need anything else.

Hey Greg. This looks like a 15-215 Pivot Shoe, which comes with Series 140 Coil Balance systems. See the video below that shows how to remove coil spring systems like this. You'll need to weigh the window sash to determine what 'spring weights' to pick for the replacement systems. Give us the exact weight of the sash and we can work that out for you.

If you just remove the window sash and place it on a bathroom scale, that should suffice.
