I need replacement posts for the sashes that connect into the sash mechanism that helps lift the window. I also need replacement latches.

I'm afraid I can't identify the parts you have in these photos. They are just too damaged to ID. In order to help, I'll need you to remove undamaged version of each part you want to replace and show us photos of them without obstruction.
