Replacement Truth Casement crank

I am looking for right and left hand replacement cranks for casement window. The brand is Truth. The body of the crank is numbered 45345 and the swing arm is numbered 31850.

Two questions:

(1) is there a replacement for the stud bracket in the picture above? None of the ones on the website seem to match the L-shaped piece with four (4) screw holes that is currently in place.

(2) Does the replacement Truth Dyad Operator come with a gasket attached? If not, which gasket will fit part number 39-316(Left side operator)?
