Replacement casement window parts

Question

Good morning,
I am following up on my phone call this morning with a few photos. I am looking for 2 sets of replacement hinges/arms and locks. These are 25 years old and are Silverline windows from Hurd. Please let me know what else is needed.

I measured one arm at 4 inches and the other at 3 inches. What is a better option? (Suggested 39-316)

Thanks for writing in! I do not believe the 39-316 would be the best replacement for your existing operator. Both the gear arm and link arm appear to be much shorter than your existing operator.

Your casement operator more crossly resembles our 39-388. Its opposite handed version is part 39-387. Take a look over the dimensions and compare them to your operator to determine if this might be a better replacement option. These operators are compatible with the 39-114L, which is a more updated version of your handle. If you would like the same style, take a look at part 39-114.
