Replacement channel balance

A quick learner from Pittsburgh says:
I have two tilt windows, manufacturer unknown, with these balances. The channels are stamped 32F and are 32" long, 9/16" wide. They look like the S795 series except the spring is at the top, where the balance is hung on an S-hook in the track, and the shoes are not T-lock. The pivot bars, which all need to be replaced, match your 26-021, but I don't know the specs for the shoes; there are no cutouts to easily remove them, so I haven't. Quick glance says they're laid out similarly to 15-129, give or take the actual dimensions.

Do you have a direct replacement for the balances themselves available or would they need to be custom? Thanks!

This looks like a Series 770 to me, just with a rivet to use an s-clip on top. Can you tell me what hole that rivet is in? (i.e. is it in the top hole on the balance, or second-to-top hole?). Can you tell me the length of the metal channel, and also any stamp code on the channel? From there we'll do our best to narrow this down for you.

The rivet for the s-clip is in the top hole (the rivet in the second hole has the clip for the spring). The channels are stamped 32F and are 32" long, 9/16" wide.

I just sent you an email with a custom link to order (4) of these balances. Note that the S-Clips are sold separately. Let me know if you have any further questions.
