Replacement channel balance

A home owner from Utah says:
October 29, 2017
Do not know the window brand. Only marking is the number 2020P.
The meta part is 21. 1/8" long. I need 4. 2 per window.
Previously returning the S385-20. Wrong end and to long. Please help.
