Replacement channel balance and other needed parts

Thanks for reaching out to us. The Series 795 can't replace what you have here. We should be able to help with this via custom but we'll need more information. Can you show us a photo of the hook removed from the shoe? I believe you have the 62-105 hook but I'd like to be sure. Can you confirm the length of the metal channel? We will also need you to weigh the window sash on a scale and tell us the precise weight since your stamp is odd. How does your balance mount to the top of the window track?

If you need the pivot bar, we'll need to see it removed from the window to compare to our inventory.
