Thanks for contacting us! This looks like our Series 795 channel balance, but with the screw tab at the top swapped out for a 15-198 hook. This will need to be custom made. Before we begin, can you just confirm the length of the metal channel? Based on your picture it looks like it might be 24", but I wanted to be sure. Your post got cut off at "27" but I'm not sure what that was in reference to. You only need to measure the metal channel to account for length.

Can you also tell me how many you need? Once I know that, I will email you a special balance order link and price quote.
A contractor from Maryland says:
The metal part of the channel balance is 24". Sash height is 27".The first channel balances you sent were short on travel. Please send 2.

That's a little weird. I see from your order history that you got the S795-24. If your old balance is also 24", I'm not sure why it should be short on travel. I'm also not sure how you installed these in the first place, since these use a screw tab instead of the hook I see on yours. Can you go into more detail on why the 24" balances didn't work? I don't want to make these new balances for you if they will only end up not working.
A contractor says:
I installed the hook from the original channel balance

I see. Was the stamp the same on both balances? If not, please show me a picture of the front of these balances, including each stamp.
