Replacement channel for tilt window

It appears that you have a Series 795 channel balance, but with the 15-198 hook at the top for install. We can custom make this balance for you with the correct attachment. To further review, are you able to show us an undamaged T-lock pivot shoe? We need to confirm if the missing metal cam is a closed or open(see through) style.

Yes, the balances will include the 15-195 closed cam 1-1/4" wide T-lock shoes as shown below.

The width of the metal channel is 9/16" , but is considered 1/2" in the trade.
