Replacement channel labeled 27D

Question

I've ordered this product from Swisco but it does mount the same way as the existing channel balance.

Hey there,

Thanks for your post! The balance you have here is a custom plain channel assembly with a 62-105 Heavy Duty Pointed Hook attached to the bottom of it. Does this balance screw in at the top of the window or does it install using a clip?

Please also confirm the number of balances you'd like to purchase. The quantity minimum is (2) balances for custom assemblies.

The shoe the hook is attached to appears to be the 15-105 Pivot Shoe. While I'm confident this is what you'll need be sure to compare the dimensions.
