Hi. One of the coils in my window has broken. Can you tell me what part I need to order? The pictures I've attached are the front and back of the pivot shoe and the part of the broken coil attached to it and another picture of the coil itself so you can see what it looks like.
There are some markings on the coil that look like they're 9.0, which is right at the end, and X43 or 1X43, which is on the other side of the hole.

We do not have an exact match for your coil shoe but the 17/32" thick 15-199 Pivot Shoe should work to replace it. To confirm, carefully look over the dimensions and compare them.
The compatible pivot bar is the 26-378.
For the coil spring, I'll need to know its width to determine the best replacement option. It should be either the 1/2" wide or 3/8" wide.

Thanks, Jasmine. I'm going to try replacing just the coil. I think the pivot shoe is in good enough shape to keep and reuse. But thanks for the info about the possible replacement shoe and bar. I'm glad to know that in case replacing the coil by itself doesn't work.
And the coil is 1/2" wide.

Thanks for confirming the width. You'll need the S160-09 to replace it.
