I?m in need of replacing most of my spring coils in my windows. I?m not exactly sure which parts I need so I took pictures of them. Can someone please help?
Also. Does it look like I need to replace the coils. I don't want to replace them if they still are useable.

Thanks for writing in. The pivot shoe looks like our 15-199. The coil springs look like our Series 165 Coil Springs; based on the stamp code, at least two of them are our S165-4 4 lb coil spring. Double check all your stamp numbers to determine what spring weights you need. To answer your question of what parts you need. Your coil springs certainly look undamaged in the photos you show, but let me ask you: were you unable to keep any of these windows open, or keep them open without them closing? If so, it's likely at least some of the coil springs are damaged. Now, if it's a matter of being unable to tilt the sash in or keep it securely in the frame, then its possible you just need to replace the pivot shoes. Finally, if the window is operating normally, but merely the support cover is damaged, then you can just use our 15-205.
