Replacement for the Whole thing

Question

Hi, I want to get a complete set of replacement parts for an awning window (23" x 34"). The window sash is fine just need the controller (in white) and replacement tracks, arms, etc.
The parts are labelled "EntryGard Truth". In the photos, the long arms are stamped 31133, and short arms are 30744B.

Thanks for reaching out to us. The 39-035 and 39-036 operators come to mind. These are compatible with the 39-107 cover and 39-205 handle which are sold separately. The 39-560 and 39-561 are the stud brackets commonly used with these operators but we recommend you compare our specifications with yours to confirm they match up.

For the hinge, start by taking a look at the specifications of the 36-048 to see if they match what you need. We just recommend you replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
