Replacement hardware

The original hardware was installed into the frame of the window not onto any sill. I'm looking for a price is availability and also the sash track that would be needed, please.

This operator has been discontinued for some years now. The good news is that we have a more modern replacement that works just as well with some alterations. I highly recommend watching the video below, which will walk you through it every step of the way.

According to my pictures are those left hinge from the outside? So I should order 39-316 not 39-315? As I have 2 hinged left viewed from the outside. TIA

The operator you show in your photos above would be replaced by our 39-315. The opposite side of that would be the 39-316. Hopefully that clarifies matters for you.
