Replacement lock for sliding glass door

Hello,

I need a replacement for a lock that is broken and I found this one on your site but I am not sure if it is correct:

I have attached photos of the broken lock, please let me know if you need more info.

Numbers on the lock: OCT 13 and PAT #: 6.264.252 and PAT # 5.820.170

With the faceplate on top of the lock, the dimensions match up.
