Replacement of Inverted Tilt Block & Tackle Balances

A home owner from Georgetown, Texas says:
I placed an order #1500122 which was the wrong order & I will be returning it. I need to know what balance I need to order. My balance says 27C & the T-Lock has #4610108 I do not know if I need an open or closed cam because I do not know the difference. I also have a hook at the end that goes into the window itself. I have tried to include pictures of all of the parts including where the hook attaches into the window.

Thanks for posting. This looks like an S795-27 with a stamp option of 27C, but with a 15-198 hook attached on top. Now, our standard Series 795 balances use a screw clip instead; but we can custom build you balances with that hook attached without issue. How many balances do you need? From there I can get a quote written up for you.

Also, that T-Lock Shoe is the closed cam 15-195 1-1/4" shoe, which comes by default with this balance. The difference between the closed cam and open cam is that you can 'see through' the back of the shoe on the open cam shoe, whereas with the closed cam version you cannot.

Thank You for your quick reply!! We need 10 balances.

Thank You

I just sent you an email with a custom link enclosed to order (10) of these 27" Series 795 balances, stamped 27C, and with the 15-198 hook attached on top. The 15-195 comes installed by default. Let me know if you have any other questions prior to placing your order.
