Replacement operator hardware

We recently purchased a home that needs some window replacement parts. After perusing your website, however, I couldn?t tell what parts would match. Could you advise, please? Representative pictures are attached.

I am not able to see enough of your operator to be sure, but I think you may have our Entrygard Dyad Operators, 39-035 and 39-036. Compare our dimensions to yours and let me know what you think.
