Looking for an operator for a Milgard right hinged casement window. Inside window is a MFG date 2001 and a possible or partial model # 457265

It looks like you have either our 39-253LB & 39-253RB, or the 39-438B & 39-439B. Take a look at the video below that will help you choose the correct replacement.

It looks like the 39-253RB is what I need. Does it come with the crank handle ? I'm not sure if its the operator or the handle that is broken. If the handle is not included what would be the compatible handle.

I'm afraid the 39-375 and 39-376 handles that are compatible with the 39-253RB operator are sold separately. I apologize for any inconvenience.
