Hello, thank you for posting,

Your balance resembles the Series 795 channel balance with a 1-1/4" T-Lock shoe. Please note that this balances installs at the top with a screw in tab. If yours uses a hook instead like the 15-198 to install, that would require a custom order to assemble for you. Let us know!

The length of the balance channel should measure 27" long and you will need a 27C stamp option. Please review and let me know if you have any questions!

My balance clip is # 15-198 and the balance resembles the Series 795 channel balance with a 1-1/4" T-Lock shoe.

I also want to identify the window's top piece with dimensions 33" W X 28 1/2" H. The piece is attached as a permanent. Would you share the video on how to remove it and replace the new one? Because some windows are cloudy between the double pane of glass due to wear and tear.

Please provide me with a listing price of all parts to fix it. Thank you so much and I am waiting to hear from your advice.

I have sent over an order link for (2) balances with pricing with the 15-198 hook attached to the S795-27 balance with a 27C stamp. If you need a different quantity, please let me know, but there is a minimum of (2). Custom orders are nonrefundable.

Unfortunately we are not able assist with replacement of the stationary glass in the window. You may need to contact a local window company for more information. I apologize for the inconvenience.
