Do you sell this piece? Also looking for this piece. It unlocks window to tilt. As you look at window, it's on the right hand side.

Just found the blueprint and these are Peachtree windows. Bpout out by Weathershield in 2010 if this helps.

Thanks for reaching out to us! Looks like you need a tilt latch and a channel balance. The tilt latch appears to be a match for our 26-244. We also sell the 26-243 for the opposite side, in case you needed that.

As for your balance, this looks like a dead ringer for our Series 795 at first glance, but I note that yours has a 15-198 hook at the end of the cord at the top. Ours has a screw tab, instead. That means that yours will need to be a custom order since it isn't a stock configuration.

I will need more information if you're interested in pursuing that. Please tell me the length of the metal channel, the stamp printed on the metal channel, and how many you needed altogether. I think I'd also like to see a closer photo of the back side of the "T" shaped shoe; I can't tell if the bumper on yours is black or not.

How much is the Series 785 channel?

My husband put stainless steel screws(10/34 1 " ) to replace the Rivet that broke. All we really need is the little black pulley at the top of the channel. Just not sure how long this repair would last.

The bumper is black.

What do you suggest?

However we do need the tilt window latch in white. Do I order from you, or go to the website? 26-244 we should probably get one of each, right and left.

Thanks for your help!

The cost of the custom Series 795 balance will depend on the answers to the questions I asked in my previous post. I will need all of that before we get started.

The pulley is also not something you can replace or repair. Once that breaks, you need an all new balance. I wouldn't even recommend a short-term repair job like that screw you mentioned. These springs are under a lot of tension and if that screw doesn't hold up and that spring disconnects, you risk permanent damage to the window. That's the kind of thing that can take out an eye. You have to be very careful.

Once I have the data I need for the balance, I would email you a purchase link and price quote that you can use to add the custom assembly to your cart. You can then continue shopping for anything else you need in our catalog, such as the 26-244, so that you can checkout with everything all at once.

Ok, thanks. When he takes the whole thing apart again, I will get that info.
