Replacement part needed

Hey guys!
Just looking for a replacement crank for my window. the gears in this crank keep slipping. I was wondering if you guys have the replacement for it. I looked through your inventory and I think this is the closest. Product code 39-014. The crank is made by truth, US. PAT 4505601 RH 45136 CA PAT 1986 UK PAT 2135397. I would post pictures but its not letting me. I can send them in an email though if needed.

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. We recommend our 39-013 and 39-014. I think these will work well for your window, but look them over and see what you think.
