Replacement parts

Hello. I have a few casement operators and window locks that are broken and need to be replaced. On the window locks, handle broke off. On the casement operators, they just spin and don't work. Can you please help me identify which replacement model these are and if there's any replacement instructions.

The operator shown in your photo resembles the 39-315 at first glance. We also offer the 39-316 opposite-handed version. Review the dimensions below to confirm they match up to your assembly.

As for the lock, I do not recognize it right off the bat. If you could show us the lock fully removed from the window so that we can determine how it connects to the window linkage, we can go from there. Thank you!
