Replacement parts

A handy person from Phoenix says:
Looking for price and delivery time on new block and tackle slides for my Arizona room windows. I'd like the 8 slides, 8 of the plastic stop that attached to the window and 6 of the metal removal clips. Channel length is 21 inches

This is either an S380-21 or S385-21. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. Your old stamp code of 20-9 is from an outdated rating system. To know what stamp option to select, obtain the exact weight of the window sash, then match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed alongside each stamp option on the shop page.

For new Take-Out clips, see if the 16-002 matches up. It sounds like you need new Top Sash Guides also--loads of different ones can work with these balances, so the only way to help match what you need is to show us an undamaged one from the front and side, removed from the window.
