The right hand operator shaft seems stripped. The cover of both the right hand and left hand units are cracked and need replacing.

Your window uses an older GU operator that is no longer made. We recommend converting to the 39-315 and 39-316 operators. Please review the step by step video below that details the conversion and parts needed. Let us know what you think and if you have any additional questions.
