Need to replace some Craftline window cranks and arms in a 30 year old condo, can you help?

I'm afraid I can't identify what you have based on this picture. So much of the operator is still obscured. Would you be able to show us a picture of it removed? That will help us locate a match.

Will this picture work?

Looks like you just removed the handle. Is the handle the only thing you needed? If so, our 39-114L may work. The spline hole is 11/32" in diameter, so as long as that is the same, it should be okay. If you do need the entire crank operator, though, I'll need you to remove the entire thing from the window.

Ah, I see. I'm afraid that corkscrew gear bore can't be replaced. If that has come out, you will need an all new operator. We will need you to remove your operator from the window entirely and show us a picture of it by itself so that we can find a good match.

Receive the parts today and loosely installed one and it operated nicely however I would like to return all the parts and replace all our windows with white operators and handles, would this be possible? We have two windows that open to the left and four that swing right.

Sure, you can return the operators you bought whenever you wish, then place a new order for the white colored option at your convenience. You can see our return policy here.
