Replacement parts ID

Question

Hi, hope you can identify these parts for replacement. The sticker on window sash says "series 380DH" also has "H-R25-47x73". The coil part has #7.5 35" printed on it, also I can see the numbers PAT 5232208. The 2208 is clear but the 1st 3 numbers are questionable. The pivot pins are both slightly bent so will need replacement also.

It's tough to be sure since your photos show the back of the pivot shoe, but the 17/32" thick 15-199 would be a good place to start. If it's a match, this show uses either the Series 160 or Series 165 constant force coil springs, depending on the width of your springs.

As for the pivot bar, take a look and compare the dimensions of the 26-378 to yours. This could work if the backset of at least one installation hole matches yours. Thanks for posting!
