Replacement parts for 2005 window

Question

33" balance with metal hook that attaches at top of window. About 1/2" deep & 1/2" wide 33" long. Window would not open then when worked on & forced broke. Thank you for any help to identify the parts & I need 2.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your hardware looks like a match for our Series 795 with the 15-198 hook instead of a screw tab which means this would have to be a custom order. If you can tell me the stamp printed on the balance's metal channel, I can draft a price quote.

If you didn't want to go the custom route, you could install the 26-200 balance screw plug where your balance hook installs so that you can use our Series 795 stock balance which mounts with a screw.
